With 20 years experience in owning and managing businesses, there is very little that I have not seen or done. When you combine the fact that I literally grew up in the Assisted Living Industry, serving our growing population of Seniors was a natural path.
I've employed over 2500 individuals, orchestrated turn-around situations, and built numerous enterprises from the ground up. The Assisted Living Industry is what I do and enjoy. Owning and/or Managing an AL can be stressful and isolating. Don't let it be!
